Saturday's Breakfast

Avocado Feta Smash
Smashed Avo & Feta on Toasted Sourdough with blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Poached Egg & Balsamic Drizzle.

Creamy Chia Pudding 
Coconut Chia Pudding served with Fruit Compote and Toasted Granola.

Green Goddess Detox Juice 
Leafy Greens, Apple, Cucumber, Lemon and Ginger.

Gourmet Grazing Boxes 
A delicious selection of both savoury and sweet, including a beautiful fresh salad wrap & iced organic fruit juice.

Vietnamese Bun Chay Noodle Salad 
Tender Rice Noodles, crunchy peanuts, a selection of colourful vegetables, fresh herbs & tangy dressing, finished with caramelised tofu or BBQ-ed Jackfruit & vegetable spring rolls.

Virgin Vietnamese Long Iced Tea.

Sticky Date Pudding 
A sweet and sticky date pudding served with caramel sauce and decadent Vanilla Ice-cream.
