- By purchasing a Well-Being Membership you are agreeing to purchase for the agreed amount, as an automatic charge to your nominated payment options (or other merchant service) each month for a minimum period of 1 (one) monthly payment. You understand that membership payments will continue after the minimum term unless you specifically ask to cancel them in writing or via the booking app. By agreeing to this contract you certify that you are the holder of the credit/debit card used for these membership payments.
- Your membership with Total Wellness Co is for your exclusive use and is not transferable.
- One yoga class weekly from the regular schedule at any location
- One hour massage (or reiki) once per month on a Friday or Saturday in Gloucester
- Class cancellation policy is set out on the booking app.
- Classes not attended are not carried forward to the next month and class credits are not transferable to another member or period of time.
- Massage services not booked or attended are not carried forward to the next month and are not transferable. 24 hours cancellation or rescheduling is required for all massage bookings.
- To suspend your Well-Being Membership a written request must be submitted to Totalwellnessco@outlook.com at least 14 days in advance of your requested suspension start date.
- The maximum suspension is 56 days. Once you have requested a suspension, you will be contacted via email to confirm your suspension.
- Please note: we are unable to backdate suspensions or suspend memberships ‘until further notice’. Suspensions will be instigated for the next billing cycle with at least 14 days notice. Following the end of your requested suspension period, your monthly payments will automatically be reactivated.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to totalwellnessco@outlook.com. You may cancel your membership with at least 14 days notice prior to your next billing cycle. Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive email reply. Any membership payments during this notice period are non-refundable.
- If there are insufficient funds at the time of the monthly membership renewal, we will attempt to re-process your payment. Please note a fee may be charged by your banking institution or card provider. Membership Fees will continue to be transacted each month until a suspension or cancellation request is received in line with these Terms and Conditions.
- If at any time the Member’s membership fees are overdue Total Wellness Co may terminate the membership or suspend booking privileges with immediate effect.

From time to time there may be changes or additions to our terms and conditions. This includes changing class times, teachers, opening and closing hours, our services and facilities and membership fees. Membership fees are not adjusted as a result of studio closure or classes impacted by public holidays, weather or other force majeure events.
Your membership price remains fixed whilst ever the pricing can be held by Total Wellness Co. In the event of cancellation of your membership the membership fee at the time of re-joining may be higher. In the event that a membership price increase is necessary you will be consulted.
